Alperex Treatment after Malachite & Formulin

I scraped a few fish as the koi are flashing and sulking. I found chilo on two of them.

I did want to treat with Alperex however I couldn't get the KH up and couldn't leave the treatment any longer.

I'm now 3 days post treatment and the koi are still flashing quite a lot. I do understand that they will take time to settle down. However Im still not convinced it's just Chilo and I want to treat with Alperex instead. It's definitely not water quality as I have tested and I also got my local dealer to double check.

Has anyone treated with Alperex 7 days after Malachite & Formulin?

I would scrape to confirm what's there
