    Post Fungal Infection

Hi, Iíve isolated my Asagi in a salt bath as it had a cotton wool fungal infection. The fungus has cleared really well but the scales look affected by the infection. Am I best leaving him in the salt bath for a few more days to help heal the scales or should I return him to the pond?

If you can manage, please post a good pic - ideally net the fish first to take a close up shot - someone would be able to advise based on if the scales are badly infected or dead - in which case they should be pulled and the underlying skin rubbed with antiseptic or disinfectant like iodine or 3% HP, then sealed. Need to do this under sedation.
