    Fluke Solve plus Question

I’ve noticed some of my fish, jumping and flashing so I did a scrape on couple of them and found fluke, so I am going to treat The pond with Fluke Solve plus which I have used before to good effect. I have a 100g pack of it already and need to get another 100g pack to treat my pond. My question is, the pack I have has a expire date of March 24, do you think it’s still okay to use, as this stuff is so expensive l don’t want to shell out another £55 quid if I don’t need to.
    Many thanks Martin

I'm pretty sure there is a margin with these dates, it's not going to stop working in March 2024. Worst case I imagine is that the efficacy will diminish from then on.

    I would be using it
    7500 litres
    Filtreau combi with uv.
    Some koi

some medications have very strict expiration dates that must be adhered to,
the down side is companies just slap the same date restrictions on everything, without scientific facts to back it up...

even 50 million year old himalayan rock salt has a 2 year expiration date once you buy it....

but i've used flukesolve nearly a year out of date no problem.
as gmac said it's just going to be very slightly less effective at most...

    Thanks for the replies.
I thought it would be okay to use but just wanted to check and as Dave has used it almost a year out of date with no problems has put my mind at rest
    Thanks again Martin
