    Disease ID and treatment suggestions

Hi I inherited a large pond when I moved into my new house. It has several Koi one of which had a whitish lump on its mouth but otherwise seemed fine. After a couple if years the lump has grown and there are several more, there is also some white on the tail now. The fish seems to eat fine and no other fish are affected. Any ideas for treatment please. Will post a picture when I find how to do it!

Personally if it’s feeding ok I would leave it. You can do more harm than good in many circumstances

Thanks, I sort of feel the same but I wanted to make sure it was a reasonable approach to take.

Sounds like it might be carp pox, which should reduce by itself as the temps warm up into summer.

Would need photos to confirm that.
