    Ooh that is a lump!
    Is it firm or squishy?
If it’s firm and doesn’t move I would think it’s a tumour. If it’s squishy then likely an abscess that will need draining, a piece of debris has probably got through the eye socket and made it’s way into the cheek.

Hi, it's quite firm around the sides, but soft at the front.

I’d be very tempted to anaesthetise is and make a small incision at the lowest part and drain what’s in there.
If you can get a litre of sterile saline and a IV line you can give it a good flush out.
If it’s not puss that’s in that cheek pocket then probably a tumour
