    Ooh that is a lump!
    Is it firm or squishy?
If itís firm and doesnít move I would think itís a tumour. If itís squishy then likely an abscess that will need draining, a piece of debris has probably got through the eye socket and made itís way into the cheek.

Hi, it's quite firm around the sides, but soft at the front.

Iíd be very tempted to anaesthetise is and make a small incision at the lowest part and drain whatís in there.
If you can get a litre of sterile saline and a IV line you can give it a good flush out.
If itís not puss thatís in that cheek pocket then probably a tumour
