Should know better - seeking help

Hey, have had our 11K litre pond for 9 years. In Feb we got a leak had to reline pond. 13 koi and one goldfish went for hols in a large hot tub ( using pond water, tub fully cleaned to ensure no chemicals). Koi are 18 inch x 1 12 inch x 7 7 inch x 3 5 inch x 2. Whole pond rebuilt. Has large 1.2m deep area plus large planted shallow area. One waterfall fed from nexus easy pod. We added a surface skimmer - piped setup with floating circular skimmer basket with submerged pump drawing in water - taking surface water pumping to bottom. Also had another pump feeding an ornamental trough. Having almost killed ourselves redoing pond I became water obsessed so installed an evolution aqua tempest to polish the water. Also have air pump feeding deep submerged bubble thingy. When fish returned we noticed one with white spots so did a week's Blagdon extra strength treatment. The fish stayed the same but all others seemed happy and healthy even feeding a little. After many dip treatments we realised the white spots we're waxy not cotton wool and we're fish herpes due to winter stress, so fish better off left to warm up in summer without me manhandling the poor sod. Inspired by water clarity and results we added 10 tiny golden orfe (1-2 inch) plus two sterlets and three 3 inch shubunkin. Recently the fish stopped feeding. (Except the two sterlet, who have grown by 20% since introduction 2 months ago) I've tested and there's no sign of ammonia or nitrite. PH 7.5. Water hardness off the charts though but reflects our area. ( we do top up using the tap/hose but always use tap water treatment.) I used to be fairly hands off with the fish who lived happily through varying levels of water clarity. Now I can see them though I'm becoming a hypochondriac parent. Basically, main fish not feeding ( it's been a lot colder at night, but...) Also an old scar on the huge koi has small traces of blanket weed growing from it. The fish are still during the day but often active at night. A few have been seen swooshing against gravel on base but not too much. So... is my skimmer dragging cold surface water down and chilling pond too much? Reluctant to switch it off as its clearing so much stuff that blows in. Any hints on pond treatments where I have orfe and sterlet? Do I need to go next level with microscope and scrapings yet? I'm willing but conscious I may be literally killing them with kindness given they've been very happy without my interference for years ( lost my last orfe / sterlet and many koi a few years back when we had a fuse cut power to the pond on a barmy August weekend and I didn't realise until too late) otherwise my main issues before were containing certain plants. Looking for any advice or reassurance please :-)

Mines the same. Moved from an old pond of 2000 ltrs to a kids swimming pool for 2 years whilst new house was being built. Had totally inadequate filtration and water was green. Still fish has zero problems all that time. Now in the new pond with all the gear and clear water I have 2 orfe with fungus on them and a koi that now looks to be growing some kind of white lumb on its under fin.

No rhyme nor reason and frustrating.
