Multiple issues please help
Hello everyone - So I think I buggered up the pond in the May. I decided to buy a pond hoover & also do a clean out of the bottom. This pushed a lot of muck into the water & all the fish became ill acting very lethargic & clamping their fins. I did a few water changes & a few of the goldfish appeared to develop marks on their side. I treated the pond with anti-fungal & also flukes medication as they had parasites a number of years ago & acted similarly.
After a week or so the koi started acting more normal & eventually the goldfish got back some sprite. However one goldfish which is eggbound became particularly unwell. It would lay on its side & not move & thought it was done for. It has since got back some energy feeding but it still spends most of its time on its side.
I had gone away for the whole of July & came back a few days ago. There are more problems now. The goldfish are acting normal bar the egg bound one which is still unwell. However they have marks & it looks like mud is sticking to one..
The main issue though is now the largest Koi spends 90% of its time at the surface with its back & dorsal fin out of the water. It will swim & feed but i notice it finds it difficult to stay below the surface. Eventually it ends up floating to the top which makes me think a swim bladder issue. Is there anything I can do for it?

Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
