    help with diagnosis of sick koi

    hi if any one could help me diagnose whats wrong with my koi and recommended treatment that would be amazing
    the smaller butterfly is in a real bad way. the hi utsrui has just started to develop something. water quality is all good with ph of 8
    ponds been fine just introduced some new koi the hi utsrui being one of them all were perfect before and this has just flared up. it could be to late for the butterfly already

    What's visible is a bacterial problem, clean it of and treat with a disinfectant.
    It could be a serious bacterial issue with the pond, but that's unlikely, acraflavin or similar could address that.
    As you have Intoduced new fish it's almost guaranteed to be a parasite that has weakened the fish, now the bacteria had set in.
    So a scrape to find what's really happening is the way to go.
