    New Pagoda Lanterns

Just though you guys might like to cast your eyes over my early Christmas pressy.

Ordered these two lanterns at the end of September. They arrived last week and I set them in place at the weekend.

Seem really good quality and not made out of cast concrete. Actually made from crushed marble & resin so should last well?

Wife loves them, especially when lit up at night with tea lights..

As usual the dogs couldn't help getting in on the photo shoot

    Hi mate,

I got them from this place.

    https://www.gardensite.co.uk/garden-...te-lantern.htm

I've seen them for less in a few places but in white. But I wanted the grey granite finish ones that had to be ordered.

    they look great!

I really like them, and have the grey one in snow lantern style,
and a pair of the large temple dogs too.
they look great even after 5 or 6 years and just get the weathered look.

garden site is the online shop for Halls garden centre in sutton coalfield just up the road from me.
it is a great place to pop in if you are in the area with a good japanese section of statues, Acers, and plants.
and the biggest acer i have ever seen, the big green multi trunked tree in the first pic... got to be about 40 ft tall!

I was thinking about a couple of the temple dogs for on the side of the pond as the next purchase

this is the male temple dog,
