It sure is mateLatest addition. really pleased with it. Just needs to find its appetite. It’s a bit shy and won’t come up alone at the moment.

Wow that’s a lot of babies! Is is a mix? What size are they now? Photos...?

They are coming on fine and the biggest must be 3 to 4 ins eating like pigs in 22 deg.

Hey Aj, I call it a "lock in " especially with a ltr of whiskey.

Trouble is it doesn't last long especially if the Mrs drinks it as well.

Not been on here for a while, hope everyone is going well.

Here are some developments on the cuttlebrook Showa

Head sumi development was all while in the grow on, between Oct 20 - Mar 21

Showa was moved to the pond on 27/03/21

I suspect that it is now 50-55cm

Thanks mate, it was a lot of koi for the money all things considered and it’s held up, I’m hoping it will continue to grow and develop.

I have since got a Kase Showa and a little izumiya yamabuki what was this seasons project the yamabuki has grown well, the Kase Showa has grown but seen zero development at the moment.

    Latest addition.

Thanks John, it was 30cm when I received it in oct 2020.

From a growth perspective my little 14 cm yamabuki had seen the best growth this season. Spent 6 weeks in QT and been in the pond since 29/06

I had really hopped to get it to 50cm by Christmas but I had a few issues with water parameters and had to cut the temps and feed. Maybe 45cm will be achieved ? My target was 1cm per week

Yamabuki is from izumiya and was provided by Gazkoi from Aurora koi Latest addition.
