My new main purchase and a rare variety purchase ... views please
Hi all
Just purchased a Beni Kujaku for my pond , been on the lookout for a while now and have now attached a short video . I only buy a koi if i keep looking and looking at it and i know i will be upset if i let it go and not get the enjoyment seeing it swimming in my pond .
Its 66cm or just over 2 foot in old money and a sansai .
Also brought a Kin ki Showa a bit of a rareity i know but i really like the colouring ( not to everyones taste i know ) but am curious to see how it develops as it is only 34cm at the moment .
Anyway i look forward to hearing other peoples views

Can't watch the video mate as you have it set on private.
That kin ki Showa looks stunning. Never seen one in the flesh before but I like it a lot.
Where did you buy them from out of interest?

Hi Chaps
Sorry just set this youtube account up today and just finding my way around another load of computer settings as never used it before !
I have switched it to unlisted now which if the tutorial is correct should allow you all to see the video via the link i have put up ( fingers crossed )
These two i sourced directly from Japan via Andrew at Koi Water Garden . With me its all about the koi i just love the varieties and colours and i only buy one good example of each type rather than traditional thinking with 60 / 70 % red base .
Anyway if someone would be kind enough to let me know they can now view the video it will be much appreciated its a nice example of the type and worth a look IMHO .
Thanks Reggie

Wow, that Kujaku is stunning.
You have a good eye for quality Koi.
I have photos of every Koi imported by Koi and Water Gardens, and don't recall seeing either of those 2, but will have another look through the pics!
Also some of the koi in their pics look good, but not spectacular, then when you visit and see them in the flesh they're stunning.
