    Looking for a PDF file showing how to take the older model apart to service it

    Sorry, I did not get the reply alert.

    The lids stick to the rubber gasket and need some gentle persuasion to come off but be careful, the plastic becomes brittle with age and can fall apart.

    As long as you have removed the 4 screws, it should pop off with a few gentle taps with the palm of the hand.

    Thanks again, managed to remove it eventually and as expected both diaphragms were broken and in need of renewal, around £31 delivered from Ebay seems to be the best price I can find

    £29.95 directly from EA, not sure what their shipping costs are though.
