Welcome back, i used to live in Frimley, on Farm Road !
Now back in the socialist republic of South Yorkshire !!

I know Farm Road, there's a chip shop and a dry cleaners plus a couple of other shops along it. Runs parallel with Chobham Road.

Trouble is, you don't know what works until you've got fish in the pond. The Internet helps you decide a plan, but there's plenty of ways to skin a cat, and all you really do is decide what you like the look of.

Yep 100percent agree mate . Think that's why a load of people are on pond mk 2 or 3 or more lol . . I rushed in no funds no research no clue just a want! I'll make mine work but if ever there was a redo it'll definitely be different
