    Coastal Koi website issues

    Has anyone else been getting notifications about the security certificate related to the Coastal Koi website?

    I keep getting warnings from Bitdefender saying that the security certificate for the site is registered to another site. Could it be since they rebuilt their website a little while ago?

    I was on there last night to buy some valves, mind numbingly slow
    13,243 gallons, Filtreau HF30ís K1 capacity of 1,400l, Bakki Shower, BHM and understanding wife

    It wasn't noticeably slow it was just the notifications. Maybe Bitdefender is being overly protective

    I was on the phone to Kate the other day as I've used them a couple times now , but always have to set up a new account as it won't let me sign in and I haven't received a password reset link for the 15 times I've tried , Kate tried to to send the link twice but still haven't received them from 3 different email addresses each . . Think next time I'll just ring my orders in as faultless people to deal with ove the phone

    That's what I was getting a few weeks ago, wouldn't recognise login details and no reset links sent.

    I use them for 90 % of my purchases, really good service, good honest people. I now order over the phone, if you are a member they will give you 5% off purchases as apposed to the online points.

    I would but I’m normally ordering at 10pm and they won’t stay open for me

    Their service is very good I know as I've used them for a few years now it was just since they changed their website that I've been getting the security warnings from Bitdefender. I'm not sure if it's Bitdefender being over protective or others were getting similar issues.
