    Northern lights !!!

The best northern lights I've ever seen the colours were magic even to the naked eye ! I got these pictures in a fully lit street.

They were country wide last night! It isn't often but does happen from time to time. If you download the AuroraWatch UK app it gives notifications when there is a chance of seeing them. I remember you have a DSLR don't you? Get that out on the amber/red warnings on a clear night and point to the north and you might pick something up. It was only like a faint glow where I was but I have seen some incredible pics from much further south than me, we just had a bit of cloud here.
