How's everyone doing in the snow?
How's everyone doing in the snow?
I looked out this morning and it was just frosty and then it started to snow. Within an hour we had about 2 to 3 inches covering everything.
I had to take some shopping round to my mother and the 3 mile drive was interesting to say the least. I was surprised that the main roads were so bad and not been salted in the early hours of the morning like they usually do if snow is expected.
Good job the car had 4 wheel drive or the hills would have been impossible!!!
Keep warm and safe all

It snowed here in essex, but didn't settle and it's now just rain.
I feel bad as I got my son hyped up to go build a snowman. So we ended up watching the snowman on dvd. Not quite the same lol.

Haven't seen a single snow drop here this winter yet.
A real shame as my brother is in UK for first winter in 17 years. His kids have never experienced temps below 23C and are super excited about seeing snow, but we're about the only place that hasn't seen any, other than the odd car going past with some on the roof.

Well it's all gone round here as of this morning due to the rain.
It was a bit nasty in places as it settled quickly and then froze so the roads cleared OK within a couple of days but the side roads took a bit longer but from the first day it didn't stop various people driving like right dickheads
