Saki hikari pure white
So after speaking with ricky stoddart i bit the bullet and brought some saki hikari pure white
After 10 days all i noticed was white fish shite on pond floor after 15 days i started to see sharper whites after 25 days the koi were poppin the whites were like snow i used it for 6 weeks and they was wow id possibley use it at end of feeding year like febuary march time or jan and feb when temps are tad lower tho im heated i will drop it to feed pure white

Fibreglass tank
You could sand the tank down and put a new gel coat on say black, not hard to do.
