arceye what you trying for hyperthermia or frost bite get a shirt on man. why do men always stick there head in the sand when it comes to ailments. Im No better started with a cough dec 2019 finally went to docs feb 2020 due to covid no hospital appointments till nov 2020 heart tests lung tests turns out a heart tablet being taking for 20 years is the cause of cough and short of breath. change of tablet and all sorted AMAZING off for daily walk couldnt do that a month ago.

lol... its crazy aint it.. but I really don't like going to docs etc.. daft thing is I was walking 3 mile a morning with the dog a year ago, now I've been struggling to do half a mile lately and really haven't wanted to go at all. Head in sand is deffo me.. think we get scared they will find something truly wrong when often its something dead simple.
Rolo .. Re heart pills... I only take a blood pressure pill, but a few years ago being a clever bugger I'd lost a chunk of weight, felt pretty good, my BP was better than ever and so I decided I wasn't going to take it .. 4 days later get a massive chest pain and everything greyed out, next thing I wake up to an ambulance pulling up outside and paramedics coming in gave myself a hypertensive crisis and a bloody good scare Pillock I know lol but lesson learnt with that one. Glad you got sorted out pal, must feel a whole heap better.Last edited by arceye; 02-04-2021 at 12:37 PM.

Bit late today as I managed to motivate meself enough to get the motorbike out the shed and get clobbered up to go for a little run before the day trippers start arriving in droves. Fair enjoyed myself and stunk of 2 stroke oil and petrol by the time I got back just a shame it wasn't castrol R .
Anyway, pond hit 11c yesterday with all the sun we had, cool night brought it back down to 9.6c, sadly forecast is still set to be all downhill for a few days, think I'll be lucky if I'm above 6c by the end of the week . Lets hope it comes back good soon and that this is the last of the silly low temperatures for this year.

Definitely colder than yesterday but we are due to get wintery showers by mid to late morning down here. Thought I get out and feed them before the temperature drops too much
