    Coping stone sealer

Any suggestions for a sealer, my copings look a lot nicer when they are wet now they have been on for a good few years, so looking to treat them with a wet look sealer if anyone has done this any tips or issues like peeling etc?

I used P2 Superseal on mine, designed for wood I think iirc. but worked great on my sandstone copings, which somebody did say it would, no flaking or peeling, mine needs a refreshing coat I think now though... so thanks for the reminder

If they are porous at all it should work fine after a bit of a scrub up and dry

This stuff is not cheap, but it works very well and will absolutely transform the look, just make sure you don't get any in the pond!

This is a 45sq/m black limestone patio I treated with it after the patio had faded to grey. I re-treated it every 2 years to maintain the finish.

As an indication of how weathered Black Limestone looks before treatment, this pic is a good example:

It does make a big difference, I have to do the patio every spring too as it gets green from the crap weather and no sun hits it that time of year. Even wooden sleepers will clean up with a pressure wash although mine are treated with the natural stuff John recommended on here so cant comment on untreated ones.
