Looks almost the same as my AquaForte one, just a different hopper shape?

Same as AlanF, I have the Aqua Forte version. Haven't used this year yet as I'm home all of the time now.

Nothing much wrong with it, easy enough to programme and runs reliably. As with all of the feeders with this type of food delivery, the pellets get dropped in a tight area and last year, particularly when the fish were super eager to feed, there would be a mass bundle to get to it, which did result in some knocks, bruises and split fins.

I fitted a low pressure air stone below where the food drops, this spreads the food & also helps the smaller fish get a fair share.

The only thing you've got to look out for is when the hopper gets low, (black line in photo), then the angle isn't sharp enough to clear the last pellets, shown in the 2nd photo. So I've marked mine just above when that starts to happen and that's my refill marker.

I like the look of that one, the one I have has a horizontal shoot, which clogs up with moisture building up in it when winter covered

Look forward to reading how it is after a long summer of use, I'm very tempted to get one of these, absolute bargain if it works well. I like that it comes with a long power cable, a lot of the other auto feeders I've been pondering over have shorter cables which is fine if its to be located close to a power outlet but for where I'd like to situate it the long cable on the superfish feeder is a massive plus for me

Yeah very long power cable to the controller unit unit to feeder isn't exactly short either tbf , smallest feed is 30g which i would have liked to go a little bit less really but so far thats the only gripe I have with it

I've been using this model for part of last year and this year.
Works well , only problem I have is the manual feed seems to have stopped working.
However the other manual feed , ie the one that operates every time I walk past the pond operates perfectly Auto feeder.

I just ordered the baby one too. Superfish Aqua Pro Feeder.
£28. I just wanted something to feed the 3mm sturgeon pellets for the sterlets in line with the first morning feed and last evening feed. Hopefully that will do the job. I needed it battery powered and it ticks all my boxes. Just Needs a bit of water proofing for outdoors over the battery cover, which a big rubber flap should sort, fingers crossed.

I've had the aquaforte one for about 10 years, in that time I've gone through 2 evolution aqua feeders and a JBL but always go back to that thing, Good thing about the mounted ones is no slugs and it doesn't sound like a machine gun.
