Just been stung
Rinsing soft media matting this morning without gloves (!) but with hands immersed I felt a sting on a finger much like a wasp. Examination revealed no wasps but it hurt like one.
Detailed discussion with my good friend Chat GPT suggested the most likely
candiidate was a Backswimmer that I had upset..
Reading up about them produced “Voracious, darts with lightning speed and
injects poison into victim opening an entry to extract body contents “
all precautions taken now & watching for allergic reactions ,
