Normally, with my fish, if the treatment has been a success, they feed well within a day or two. Are they taking the food and spitting it out? If so, then I would check again for Gill Flukes.
    7500 litres
    Filtreau combi with uv.
    Some koi

They fed a bit last night then back to normal this morning.
How would you check for Gill flukes ? checked 3 fish yesterday for external parasites and nothing

Aside from not feeding how are they behaving?

What parasite treatment did you use?
The only one that puts my koi off food for a couple of days is FMG. Any other treatment and they are normally begging for food within a few hours of administering the dose.

If you can't find it and parameters are good, it's usually:
Chlorine if you trickle in / top up
    Or
    Most often
    Chilo/costia
    Or as said gill fluke

It's actually really hard to spot chilo/costia. When most people find its actually trichodina on 100x. Chilo/costia is still tiny at that magnification.
3070 Gallons. 4" Bottom Drain and Skimmer. Draco Solum 16 Drum. Anoxic Filtration. Air lift returns.

I'm curious, mainly because I've got a new binocular scope, but what magnification did you spot the costia at first please?
