Floating skimmer
I know I'll probably be told off on here for this one but has any one used a flaoting skimmer before .?
I can't fit another filter around my pond and am not willing to start more work on this pond I've just got it running as I want and don't wanna upset anything.
So just thinking of putting a small one tied to a corner out of sight just to help pull any dust and particles ect
Better yet if any one has one for sale ??

I’ve used one on a previous pond I had and it worked well, but not as good or controllable as a in wall built in one, but they do work.

Skim 25 for sale. Hardly used. But too small for my pond surface area.

Yep - I had an Oase Swim Skim 25 and it worked fine on my last pond. Only downside was it was a bit fiddly to clean, and I had to tether it to the position I wanted it to sit as it moved about!
2,700 Gallon, Infinity Window, Aquasource Synergy 35 Drum, 12Kw Thermotec Invertor, Amalgum UV.

Skimmer to bd or not
Yes exactly that BD needs a proper ball valve. Skimmer is ok with slide valve as it's not so...
