    Leak!

    Found and fixed...i think...

    I noticed the water level was dropping so increased my recycle RO timed trickle in.
    then had to increase it again acouple of days later.

    I had a pretty good idea where it might be, as i'd had to tighten the boots on my drum last year.
    And sure enough the boxing was wet underneath the boot boxed in to the side of the pond,
    so had to rip off the water proof covering and celotex insulation.
    I was pretty easy to find on the top connection of a Tee for air venting the gravity return and the jubille clips were pretty slack.
    seems to be all good now but i'll keep an eye on it before sealing it all back up again to hold in the heat.

    Hi was there a reason for all of the boots and not solid pipe not a criticism just curious

    it was to allow the air in the gravity return out. rather than big bubbles building up in the pipe then coming out in the pond.
    i decided to do it in boots as it was easier to cut in, plus gave me access for rodding the gravity line back if i ever needed to.
