I've used almost everything. Charles Austen,. yamitsu, HiBlow, etc etc

The Hailea air pumps are bullet proof, serviceable, (not the old blue v60 any more) I have the green ACO 9730 and it is the quietest out of all the other brands.
For a bio, depending on size anything 40-60 will probably work.

The new Hailea super silent Aco 9810 is 60lpm and as near as dammit £50 delivered if you shop around.

I couldn't recommend anything else above that for price. And judging by my current old Hailea still going strong, that would be my choice.

Albeit, I've never had a jebao, but they're more money than the Hailea anyway.
Everyone raves about the Charles Austen pumps and they do pack a punch, but my god are they louder when sat next to the others listed above. I have a brand new one,.that I don't even run, just keep it as a spare, because the old Hailea was better.
