I have a 2000gallon pond Oase gravity fed drum filter evolution pump and uv an air pump the water level is perfect when nothing is switched on but when the air an pump go on the water level drops I tried turning down the pump but it did not help when you turn off the pump a big air bubble comes out of the bottom drain I have an aireated drain

Hmmmm. The levels can drop as you get a small increase in pressure due to the pump. It's not much on my pond, maybe 25mm max in filter running levels between pump off and pump flat out. The air bubble you get is slightly odd. Do you have the same issue when only running the pump WITHOUT the air pump? Wondering if the airline pipe to the air dome is leaking??

I agree. The fact you have air coming out of the bottom drain sounds like air is getting into the bottom drain pipe work somehow.
The other thing to consider is how the pipework is configured. If you have any pipework that goes up, then horizontal and back down again, this will create an area of pipework that will trap air. If you do have that, then the best way to deal with it is to cut into the area of raised pipework and install a t fitting. That way, if air does get caught in that bit of the pipework, it can be vented off.
