Best deal for Saki growth?
I usually stock up next seasons food in the winter. I’m looking to buy 15kg of saki growth and the best deal I could find is 189.95 shipped. Is this a good deal? Will there be Black Friday type of saki food sale later on?
Thanks in advance

I prefer to buy saki when it comes in fresh each spring.
it usually has in excess of 2 years best before date, at time of importation.
the japanese especially, favor food that is freshly milled and wouldn't prefer to use food that was a year old, much less 2.
I have always used either the national show to get a deal, as you can usually get a better price with some negotiation due to competition with other shops there..
or used coastal koi and asked for the best before date at ordering.
as you can accumulate points for cash on other items ordered at a later date.
£183.95 inc free delivery, plus points worth £9.15 on a later purchase. making it effectively £174.80

Thank you Dave appreciate that!!
Was just thinking of 'locking in' this year's price with all the crazy inflation!
I fed all my lot multi-season and balanced this year - due to being away for 3 weeks in summer missed the best temp. When I got back I heated to 21d and fed 12 times once per hour - even on balanced they put on some good growth in just a few weeks. They will be Sansai/Yosai next year so last chance to put on some growth!

you can still feed growth at any age
but i think once they have got over gosai they have done the biggest amount of growth
and it can have a detrimental effect to feed too much of it past that age.
yeah i know what you mean about price increases, would depend on best before date i think, if it has about 2 years on it fine,
but if it only had a year on it, it would be close to end of date before its used.
