A lot of help needed
Thanks for taking the time to look at this thread. A friend of mine has passed away suddenly. He has a pond in the garden containing Koi his wife who is frail has asked me to rehome the fish and close the pond down.
I am feeding the fish once a day but they hide when I'm close to the water so it's not been possible to count them, I also know zero about ponds or fish.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might be better off contacting a Koi Rescue type place, or someone like Adam Julyan on Youtube as I'm sure he's documented Koi rescues on his channel.
Alternatively if you share your approxmate location there might be someone here who is nearby and can at least visit to give advice on maintaining what you already have up until you can find homes for the Koi.Last edited by RS2OOO; 19-09-2024 at 03:50 PM.
