Evening guys,

Could someone tell me if the inner and outer chamber are meant to run at the same water level because my outer chamber is slightly lower, is this normal.

Yes that’s perfectly normal, and as the inner chamber gets clogged up with crud you will find the outer chamber water level will get even lower.
When that happens it’s time to clean the inner chamber.
