    It's the best koi disease book out there, 2nd would be erik johnson KH&D 2nd edition. imo

    Sounds like none of the things you're trying will make any difference if it's down to internal issues. Kidney failure or something for example? Commendable for trying, but you should listen to the vet. You've done everything sensible. If it's made no difference then stop doing anything. If the fish is fine in itself, leave it alone, if it's uncomfortable you'll have to euthanize it.

    Think that fish may be putting the rest of your fish at risk as it’s quite possible that it will be transmitting bacteria into your pond. I have had similar issues secondary to fluke treatment not working but just one Rouge fish with bacterial issues can cause immense problems, maybe quarenteen if you have a set up
