If I were you I’d give them a days rest the hit with PP again. Are you comfortable with weighing dosage? Start with 2-3ppm and add 1ppm when water turns from pink/orange to brown. Keep adding till 8hrs. Then let the residual PP naturally spend - do not neutralize with HP. You don’t want to leave oxidation agent in water when you dose fluke treatment.
Dose the fluke treatment immediately after PP or you can wait till next day like 12hrs later. Do not wait longer. PP has just stripped fishes mucus and exposed the damn flukes - you want to hit them with fluke treatment straightaway or risk mucus growing back and fish suffered PP saga for no benefit

A couple of tips I got from the pros (can’t remember who now) - before dosing fluke treatment, bypass bakki shower and drum media for 4 hours - you may flip the system on every 30mins to prevent bacteria from dying. If you have any filter wool take it out too. These all breakdown fluke treatment before it has a chance to hit the flukes.
Also, if you can, do this on a Friday - dose in early evening around 5pm and monitor till midnight - then set the alarm every 2 hours (or just binge watch Squid Game on Netflix!) to check on them. Next day you can sleep! Say you do PP on Friday night, let fish rest Saturday day time when you sleep, then dose fluke treatment 5pm on Sat and repeat the night schedule (if you managed to watch all Squid Game episodes then maybe watch Witcher lol). You then do nothing on Sunday just monitor, and leave treatment in water for a week or longer.
This method takes out the UV from sun which oxidizes treatment.

Hey Gary, sorry to hear you still getting fluke problems, IMHO I would leave a week between treatments to let things settle down, I think it's kinder to the fish, but if they're strong?

Thanks for the tips and pointers chaps. Sorry to hear that others are having problems.
I decided to not introduce any new fish this season, after fluke/parasite issues over the last few years following the introduction of newbies.
My plan at the moment is leave well alone today to give them a little time to recover from the PP. Having said that, they all look good this morning and are up begging for food.
I'll get the Flukasol in tomorrow.7500 litres

The first dose of Flukasol went in on Sunday. Then half dose yesterday and today.
Given that I'm tackling both gill and skin flukes, I'm not sure when to put the final dose in. Instructions on the bottle are for seven days. Anyone have any thoughts or further advice.7500 litres
