which type is it analogue or digital?

have you tried resetting the high limit thermostat?

there's not a lot of parts to them, so it could be a simple relay.
but the heater elements are not cheap iirc...you could buy a 2nd hand electro cheaper if it's that.

test the connections on the element for continuity and ground fault to see if the elements ok.

there is someone on ebay called 'the-engineers-wife' who regularly repairs and sells them.
might be worth a message to see if they can help?

Thanks Dave but I haven’t got a clue when it comes to electrics it’s an old one but does have a digital display screen on it so assuming it’s digital I’ve pressed the internal trip switch but nothing
waiting on electro tech ringing me back but was wondering if there was anybody who done back room shed repairs save spending stupid money I’ve got a spare 2k one
im going to plumb in but mine is a 6k
bought mine second hand and would replace with second hand if it’s to expensive

i know they are not cheap,
i needed to go bigger with my elecro but couldn't stomach the extra cost, so ponied up for the ASHP.

if you only need 1kw or less its hard to justify the cost of an ASHP
but once you are in the 2kw plus bracket it's a no brainer with electric costs as high as they are...

yes mate it usually goes a bit quiet over winter but picks up again in spring.

I'm busy atm working my ass off gutting and refurbing my lounge, hall, and kitchen.

still haven't got round to fitting the new polypropylene bio tank i welded up last october...

You could start by giving your heater a once-over to see if anything looks wonky, like loose bits or busted parts. If everything seems okay but it's still not heating up, hit up the manufacturer or a nearby repair shop for some expert help.

Dave I could well imagine it’s never ending

James done most of that including speaking to electro summers coming so sort one out probably second hand before the winter
