Thread: 110mm Beige Polypropylene Pipe 200mm

I'm looking for a short piece of 110mm beige polypropylene pipe, about 200mm long.

when i built my last bio i didn't have the time to wait to get a hold of some, and to buy from a supplier i have to get it in a 5 meter length at over £100

has anyone got connections, or know anyone at a drum or bio manaufacturer who might sell me a short section of pipe?
like burtons drums, draco drums, Synergy ect...

as last time i didn't get very far contacting them for just a small piece of pipe...
i could always hack the short sections of 110mm pipe off my bakki shower outlet!
but i'd hoped to sell that if i don't end up using it...

thanks, yes i have seen that mate

but if i was going to pay £76 for a meter i would get 5 meters for £100
and start knocking out 500 litre bio filters in 12mm beige poly for £300

i was hoping to get 200mm for less than £20
if i have to i'll carve the 110mm spigot connections out of my shower filter,
and weld a square Poly panel over the holes...not that i'm tight you know....

if they were closer i'd pop round and try and leverage an off cut from them

i asked the plastic company for a price for 110mm SDR17 polypropylene pressure pipe,
and was quoted £14.50p plus vat!?

so i've ordered a full 5 meter length says 3 week lead time but at that price i'll wait!
unless i get a call back saying they have mis quoted me

I was looking at 3m (2m + 1m) of 3" pressure pipe and that was nearly £60

yeah it's wrong, online you are looking at £300.74p inc vat and delivery for a length of 110mm SDR 17....
but might give me some bargaining power when they realise they've f...messed up
