Buying from China
Has anyone recently bought from AliExpress in China with no problems, and are you charged import duties?
Have bought before when we were in the Eu but just wondered if there are problems now.
Think Dtf has recently used them.

I've had stuff delivered a lot quicker from China than I have from the EU lol...
Lots of items that used to be available from amazon eu are now not for sale to the UK.
Obviously they don't want the business anymore

Never been caught for duties yet, sellers know ways of getting it here avoiding, most common way is the slow boat, if it’s sent quickly it attracts attention, I’ve probably spent 20k over the last two to three years, waiting for three consignments at the moment, most expensive item was four grand, but no issues. Never had an issue of not delivered unlike eBay.

I have also ordered a couple of bits from Alibaba with no charges, although the power banks I ordered for fishing were ordered in Feb and arrived in October after getting lost in the warehouse!
I ordered an auto feeder from Alibaba too which arrived in about a week and had no issues either
