Draco Drum parts
I moved my draco Drum to clean it and it appears I've lost the grommet that slots onto the pipe that pushes into the nexus drain
My pond is without a filter atm until I can find a replacement of this.
Does anyone know what this is called exactly and where I can get a replacement quick?
Thanks

What is their phone number? I can only find an email.
I emailed them a couple days ago about the float valve not working also and have not had a response yet

The grommet supplied with mine was rubbish and I couldn't trust it not to leak and drain my pond.
So I replaced it with a standard 1.5" rubber boot. Poured hot water on it and pushed it into the drain hole, then pushed the Draco waste pipe into the rubber boot as far as I could.
Was water tight for the 2 years I had the drum running.

Think you’ll find Draco no want to deal with the public, they want you to go through your local dealer.
