    I use it all year round . My thoughts are in winter when not feeding they arnt getting any vitamins/minerals. at all really ?? Could be completely wrong mind

    Just been out and dosed my pond after a water change. Bloody hell it's not the weather to hang about in the garden, back in for a warm up now
    7500 litres
    Filtreau combi with uv.

    Ordered this today everyone is out of stock or they want big prices so it should be in the shop in a couple of days.
    Jolleys is out of stock as well near me,last me a while or give some to Paddy.
    Need a grinder now seen one in Asda for £11 anyone seen one cheaper.

    i put three quarters of a normal sized cup in once every three or four weeks this is the pettex cat litter.

    I put a small handful in when I remember.

    As you can tell I take a very scientific approach Pond clays

    How I see it, you are essentially adding powdered mud to the water so add as little or as much as you want.

    Mind you, if you have a drum filter I wouldn't over do it as it'll probably block your mesh up if it sticks to the biofilm. So I tend not to go to mad when adding it.
