Hi Guys I know a few of you are using the jebao tsp pumps. mine although only 6 months old stopped and wont start up again. It is showing the error code "_OFF" . this code isnt shown in the manual. Any ideas on what it is and how to get it running again?

I'm guessing you've tried it already... but have you tried pressing the pause button?
That should restart it.

Have you tried the old IT trick. Of turning it off, waiting 10 seconds and then turning it back on again?

Also maybe try unplugging all cable connections, checking the pins are ok and plugging them all back in?

Maybe it's not getting the correct voltage from the ac/DC controller, just a thought.

To reset these pumps, im sure you have to disconnect the pump cable from the controller

For anyone else having this problem I did manage to fix it by doing the following,
1. turn off at plug, 2. unscrewed the connection between pump and controller and cleaned the connections, 3. left controller disconnected from pump for 30 mins, 4. reconnected the pump to controller, 5. turned back on and hit the pause button once. Not sure if the same will work for you but hopefully so.
