    jebao tsp pump error

    Hi Guys I know a few of you are using the jebao tsp pumps. mine although only 6 months old stopped and wont start up again. It is showing the error code "_OFF" . this code isnt shown in the manual. Any ideas on what it is and how to get it running again?

    I'm guessing you've tried it already... but have you tried pressing the pause button?

    That should restart it.

    yeah tried each of the buttons and holding them for 3 or more seconds but still always gos back to the same error message and no pumping

    Have you tried the old IT trick. Of turning it off, waiting 10 seconds and then turning it back on again?

    Also maybe try unplugging all cable connections, checking the pins are ok and plugging them all back in?

    Maybe it's not getting the correct voltage from the ac/DC controller,just a thought.

    To reset these pumps, im sure you have to disconnect the pump cable from the controller

    13,243 gallons, Filtreau HF30’s K1 capacity of 1,400l, Bakki Shower, BHM and understanding wife

    For anyone else having this problem I did manage to fix it by doing the following,
    1. turn off at plug, 2. unscrewed the connection between pump and controller and cleaned the connections, 3. left controller disconnected from pump for 30 mins, 4. reconnected the pump to controller, 5. turned back on and hit the pause button once. Not sure if the same will work for you but hopefully so.
