Where is the best place for tosai?

Based in the south west and after getting dermocystidium last year and having a total wipeout am looking at restocking after upgrading filtration and disinfecting the pond. Very wary of who to get from now. Pond 2500 gallons and only plan to have 6-8 fish depending on adult size.

I have had a few now from exclusively koi and can't fault the fish or Kevin. He buys from koi wholesale
    And so dose elite koi

The ebay page is cheap as chips and all from Japanese breeders

Some I have got from them and the prices paid don't think bad at all

He does have some nice stuff I just prefer to go see them in person. Doesn’t seem to be much at all down this end!

Looked at Wimborne site a few times, they buy from Gatwick Koi I believe, you have Keruto in Chepstow but that’s it until you get into the Midlands, guess it depends where you are in the South West?

Had a cracking fish from Wimborne and seem decent when talking to them

I'd suggest choosing one or 2 reputable dealers and trying to stick with them for all your stock if possible.

Gatwick Koi and Koi & Water Gardens are 2 I'd recommend for having thorough quarantine procedures.

Not overly familiar with any dealers further south west so will leave those to others to recommend.

Good advice from RS, a dealer you can trust is key.

Another outlet is Rainbow Koi in Melksham, never been there but maybe others have?
