as soon as the web page opens i get a prompt in top right hand corner asking if i want to translate. i really fancy the yellow hi suisui seems to be the only one with a bid on it started at 60 euro now 99 euros and eight hours to go. but its all wishful thinking until i can move two or three on as there is no room at the inn.

Did anyone win any? I accidentally got a Doitsu Karashigoi €66 so guess I'll have to get another maybe to make it worthwhile shipping over. Might even get it grown on for a month or 2

Bloody hell has it finished !!!

Forgot about it,there is one I really liked but putting the postage etc didnt bother.
I kept flicking between this auction and Queni's to compare the koi and what a difference.

Lol. I'm tempted too. They're nice.

We'll all end up bidding against each other at this rate.

I must admit, whilst the fish on Queni are nice I do feel like the prices can be pretty high compared to the price and quality of the fish on koi area. Every auction I have seen of koi area which is every few days, I have seen multiple koi that I really liked whereas on the queni auctions I have not seen any that I have thought yep I want that. As Dave said, maybe we get the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the koi!

This was the one I got for €66. Obviously need to take the postage on top but looks a nice clean linear from above with clean scales along the back too so as far as Doitsu karashigoi go, a nice one to me! Hopefully a female too!

Thanks for the link to this Samp09, 'won' a couple this eve, a gin shiro and a doitsu karashi, both about 26-30cm and from Yamazaki, 96 and 81 euros respectively. Will let you know in May how they turn out!

Might have accidentally put a couple of bids in on a couple more...

I like what Twhitenosugar said - we're probably bidding against each other!

But seriously, one of the fish I bought had only three bids, the other five. Either I've bought absolute pups or there's a real chance of a good bargain to be had.

You have to get a couple more to fill the postage lads

No point in getting a half empty box

Ultimately if you are buying koi you like, that's all that matters!
