I'm assuming you are gravity fed ?

I think error 33 is to do with the water level sensor. I had it when I first set up my drum.

Oase uk were very helpful. 01256 896886

When you first set up the drum , there are various factors that you need to take into account including what level you want the water in the pind to be , the height of the filter in relation to the water , when you want the cleaning cycle to work .
I think there are 6 levels you can set the sensor .

Took a little bit of time to get my head round it and adjust till it worked.

I agree with Graeme, the guys at Oase are great, very helpful as I had error 44 on my drum I brought second hand. They sorted me out in no time.

There is a Midlands koi show on this weekend or next weekend ?

Try and get to that one and I'm sure there will be people there who can help.

It took me about two weeks of playing with my levels to get it right for the pond and the skimmer.
