Would this be ok for treatment/inspection?

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intex-4ft...-/382813789593

122x122x30cm Intex pool, don't really have the room for a big bowl, so thought this could be ideal as can be folded/dismantled.

    Simple answer, yes

Longer answer yes but it's quite large for inspection and treatment. You can get purpose made smaller diameter flexible pop-up inspection bowls with mesh covers at nearly twice the price.

    Here is atypical example:
Flexible pop up koi Bowls - Collapsible Koi Bowl - Cotswold koi - koi health

Fine for short term use but not deep enough for treatment long term.

If you literally just want it in place of a Koi bowl then a fold up dog pool is a cheap option https://www.amazon.co.uk/Foldable-Pa...dDbGljaz10cnVl
