BKKS National koi show
Please share this announcement from the BKKS website as widely as possible:2021 BKKS National Koi Show
NOW TAKING PLACE 14TH & 15TH AUGUST WEEKEND
"While we had hopefully planned to have our National Koi Show on the normal dates of the first weekend in July. The recent Government announcement leaves us no choice but to move our National Koi Show to the reserve August weekend dates. Dealers have all been emailed today and exhibitors will also be contacted today. We realise this may cause some minor issues, but let us all look forward to being able to have a Koi Show in a restriction free environment."

Glad it's still going ahead and will still attend, but a bit gutted it's moved so far back as it was only a couple of weeks away and I was quietly hopeful to get another addition for the pond. Whilst I still can, if it's a tosai I feel like I will have missed a lot of growing time this year so won't want to add so late in the year now. Looking forward to the show though, will be my first!

I’m sad as had arranged my time off work to coincide with the July dates. I’ve worked a lot of extra this year and had almost no weekends off. Unfortunately I’m working the Saturday of the august dates so won’t be able to go until the Sunday, but I’m hoping to be there

Hopefully see a couple of you there then! most likely attend on the Saturday. Dave, like how carp anglers wear camouflage to carp shows, I expect to see you in a giant fluke suit or maybe a Koi one

I’m planning to go as well probably Saturday.
I’m 30 minutes down the road in Birmingham so if lock down rules allow I’m happy for any forum members to pop back to mine afterwards for a cuppa!
Cheers
Ady
