That’s never happened before
Dear all,
Just noticed this afternoon that a bubble has appeared under my liner on one side of my pond. It has lifted about a foot and has broken the surface of the water. No leaks as far as I can see.
It has been raining a lot and I’ve been emptying water out regularly these past weeks.
I'm thinking it’s water got underneath and somehow formed a vacuum because the water table is high.
What do you reckon? Leave it to go down or try and get a pipe under it?

I think I would leave it if it's not leaking and see what happens

It will be ground water pal must be quit high if showing and pond is full don't empty water out the pond pressure from it is holding it back let the ground water let it subside if it getting worse dig a sump hole at the side of the pond and drop a pump in it to help with pressure of the ground water

After reading the advice I burrowed a trench and let the water fill up before I used one of those drill pumps to extract the water. Sure enough, the liner went back to normal.
l’ve now fitted a pipe which allows me access to drain it in future.
thanks for the help.
