Question Good or Bad bacteria/organism - WTF is this???

As above, have seen these "spores" on the bio plastics previously and assumed it was good, however since I've moved k1 into the bio and chucked the green plastics into a static (i have a very slight air supply in there just to "help") mech side along with sponges and brushes, these spores have grown in the plastic grill quite quickly and got me thinking what exactly is it?

There are zillions of little wriggly things that inhabit our filter systems. Can you get a closer view of an individual monster?
