Think he just hot tired of all the silly people on here bud, asking for advice the arguing about the advice given, people could always read outher threads before asking the same questions for the millionth time lol I know we all started at the beginning but you a bit of intelligence, I must admit most of the people I enjoyed chatting with gave gone very quiet at the moment

Don't get me wrong I like to help people out as much as I can, but gets a bit tedious, we all have issues with koi at some point and it's not a case of build a pond fill it and it will run its self just fine,, hence I really advise people to look properly into what it takes to build, run, maintain a koi pond,, I carnt say that enough, it's a beautiful hobby but also constantly uses your time, money, patience lol, Mr Big is a top bloke and just voices his opinion, I see nothing wrong with that at all but seems like someone has taken offence to a comment or something, at the end of the day it's a forum for serious koi owners isn't it?? That's what I was lead to believe anyway, maybe there should be some sort of baby section for first timers to get to grips with the basics of keeping water, before koi, and also the correct way to use the forum, before I ask a question, I Google Ty he question to see if it's been coverd before, and 9 times out of ten it shows threads from this very forum

Got to agree with you on using the search function or google.
There is so much useful information on here, but most tend to start a new thread.
When I built my pond, I never actually bothered signing up to the forum as every time I had a technical question, no matter how trivial, I found the answer on an old thread.
I'm sure BCC will be back, probably just needs a break from the forum.
