    Showa is very nice.

You could have popped over - I'm 10 mins up the road from where Drew is currently selling from.

But.... This is the 2nd time in a Month that you have done this to me

Months back I asked if I could buy the Mizuho Ogon, can't remember for certain but think it was number 2 or 4 in the bowl.
Drew said the shipment was delayed (due to Covid) and he'd call me as soon as they came in so I could have first refusal seeing as I'm only round the corner.

Then a couple of weeks later I went to see him, and reminded him that I wanted one, and he said he'd call me as soon as they arrived.

Still waiting, and just noticed they're not even on the website anymore!

And now you have one in your pond..... swimming around with my Chagoi lol.

    Hi RS,
Oh mate what can i say other than sorry ref the fish lol....., next time i am over your way i will for sure be in touch and we can meet up, that would be nice... failing that hopefully we can meet up at the next Koi show at Detling....... Saturday was a mad one, i met Chris AKA Gravesend koi on the way through for around 45 mins and then on for a midday appointment with Drew......... he is a lovely guy but as you have experienced far too busy for his own good, , there were only 3 Miz Ogons there so now only 2, his fish were caught up in the Covid mess and has not that long ago received them and quarantined / photographed etc, my brother is also waiting for Drew on 2 fish as well....... its taken weeks and weeks to get and see Drew due to the airports / import problems........ The Chagoi seller i PM you about has sold his fish now until next year btw....... likewise let me know if you ever come down to Hailsham / Eastbourne way, cheers Steve.

No worries mate, will give you a shout if ever heading that way.

I promised Gravesend koi I'd go and visit after lockdown, thanks for reminding me lol.

Not the end of the world about the Mizuho Ogon, the 2 remaining ones aren't likely to be one of the ones I liked seeing as you've already been and selected what would have been the best one left.

Also I don't have room for both a chag and the Ogon, and am thinking I need to have a chag. Just haven't seen one I like in my price range. Cuttlebrook have a really nice female for £390, but it has a tiny black mark on one of the scales which is putting me off it.

I looked at that Chag lol and thought exactly the same, unsure if there shimmies but a few have had a few black dots on their chags, i did see a nice clean smaller one there for £190 but it had gone, have you spoken with Adam Beyer he had a nice Chag for sale....

    Thanks Sephuk.

    Do you have Pics?

I'm looking for something as close to perfect as possible, want this to be star of the pond.

    Smartin,
Just checked Roster, looks like I'm not working on the Detling Weekend, first time in years that I've not been rostered in at the same time as the show. At the moment I can't see any reason why I won't be there! Would be my first time at a Koi Show, only ever been Goldfish Shows previously, where I was actually a judge a long time ago!

It's just turned nisai, marusai, last time it was measured it was 41cm probably over 6months ago now from what I remember it's scale perfect but it does have a tiny black speck near the tail

    Thanks Sephuk.
I currently have the option of one with a black spec but its on the top of body and quite noticeable. Would still love to see a pic if you already have one, but don't bowl it especially.
