Believe it will be names in a hat.. the first drawn will get the first choice and so on...
I believe it was also said anyone wanting more than 1 would need to wait for their other choice once everyone else has picked.

Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
