Easy Pod K1
Hi, I’ve only got the k1 which came with the easy pod, does it make a difference to increase the k1?
thanks

Max volume of K1 for the pod is 30 litres

If you have other mechanical in front of it, a sieve for example, you could increase bio by putting jap mat in the outer chamber.

If you have space then maybe a bio chamber or maybe a shower of some kind via the outlet of the Eazy Pod? If you are gravity fed it's an easy option but slightly more difficult if you are pump fed possibly?

I’m pump fed, thinking about making a diy moving bed filter to go in after the easy pod, heard they are quite good and easy to make

I was thinking about doing the same sort of thing but stupidly built the pond in an area which is very tight for space so would require a rejig in the back of the garage to make anything else fit.
Yes the DIY filters can be pretty easy to make as long as you are good with solvent weld stuff unlike me lol
Whenever I glue or silicon anything I reckon I get more on myself than the fittings
