As Johnathan said, ST is very cheap about £6 for a kilo if I remember correctly and is perfect for the job. heres a thread with the details on https://www.koiforum.uk/koi-carp-cha...ghlight=sodium
Just add this to the equivalent of the water you are adding to the pond/changing and it will declorinate it. Lots to take in but you will learn loads on here very quickly!

Pictures aren't great, but that looks like Carp Pox from what I can make out. If that's what it is, then it doesn't need treating, just keep your water parameters tip top.
Those 90 degree bends in the bio were strange..... Clean 'em up and flog em individually on eBay, then replace with media that has more surface area.
Alfagrog works well, as long as the filter system is good enough to stop it getting clogged up with dirt.

Get the water parameters spot on and fin rot can look after itself.
If anyone remember my Showa that jumped out the pond twice.... in a Week!
Though he was going to die, ended up covered in fungus head to toe, and lost over half its fins through fin rot.
I gave it some daily Salt Baths for around 5 or 6 days which seemed to help with the fungus, but the fin rot went away by itself.
Not very good pics I'm afraid and you need to enlarge them on the screen, but you can see the fin rot on the pecs and fungus on the body (bottom left of second pic)..... All fins were like this and it got worse before it got better, but it got better with no treatment. Salt Baths probably helped the fungus, but it was a couple of weeks after those before the fin rot started improving so I suspect perfect water conditions and plenty of space was enough.

Ok so by the sounds of it it isnt great but could be a lot worse if im i interpreting this correctly. In effect look after the water and the water will look after the fish.
I'll look into trimming the effected fins and pp. Will need a decent net first though.
I have already added more brushes to the filter and will scope out replacing the dodgy plastic pipework and perhaps the gravel too asap. Will also purchase Some ST for my next clearout, which i will hopefully have a decent pond vacume to assist! Apologies as didn't get to put the water parameters up but should be able to do so tomorrow.
Thanks all, a little overwhelmed by all the help and advice on here, perhaps its ther rum speaking but im honestly very grateful
Ps im located in St Neots in Cambridgeshire
